Native Residential has been appointed to operate Lincoln Property Company (LPC) and MGT investment Management’s (MGT) first phase of 598 BTR homes at Station Hill, Reading.
The BTR apartments, which are part of the wider £850m mixed-use Station Hill regeneration project, will be known as Ebb&Flow and will start to become available from this summer.
In addition to co-working spaces, resident club lounges, private dining rooms, pocket parks and bio-diverse roof terraces, the estate will also provide independent and boutique ground floor convenience and leisure activities.
