Newcastle United Football Club has acquired the historic Grade I listed Leazes Terrace for a “significant” undisclosed sum.
The building, which sits adjacent to St James’ Park stadium, comprises 315 bedrooms and has operated as predominantly student accommodation for a number of years.
Leazes Terrace will continue to operate as student accommodation, and the existing property management operator has been retained.
