Newmark has bolstered its UK valuation team by making seven new hires.
Cara Reynoldson, Ben Smith, David Methuen and Guy Schiess join the firm as partners, Edward Hall joins as senior associate and Toby Chapman and Toby Clegg join as associates.
Reynoldson and Smith, who previously co-headed JLL’s UK retail value and risk advisory team, will lead Newmark’s retail property valuation team in the UK; Methuen and Schiess, who were both previously senior directors at CBRE, will lead Newmark’s Central London valuation team; Hall and Chapman join Newmark from JLL as senior associate and associate, respectively; and Clegg has joined the Central London team from CBRE.
