Octopus Real Estate has acquired a 80-bed care home in Old Malton, North Yorkshire, for £15.5m.
The Manor Farm care home, which will offer a mix of residential and dementia care, will be operated by Sandstone Care Group upon completion in spring 2025, on a 35-year lease.
