Octopus Real Estate has completed four residential development loans totalling more than £35m as part of its Greener Homes Alliance initiative with Homes England.
The loans will fund the development of 124 new homes in Dover, Wandsworth (pictured), Wimbledon and Tottenham, delivered by four SME developers.
