Oxenwood Real Estate has let a newly refurbished 333,565 sq ft logistics facility at Trafford Park, Manchester, to online retailer OHS.
OHS intends to use the facility to support the continued growth of its e-commerce operations, enabling faster fulfilment and improved service levels to customers across the UK.
Trafford Park is strategically located adjacent to the M60 motorway and benefits from proximity to Manchester city centre, Manchester Airport and the Port of Liverpool.
