The freehold of the Oxford Blue pub in Oxford has been put up for sale with an asking price in excess of £1.23m.
The 3,150 sq ft building is currently let to pub operator Wells & Co (Charles Wells Ltd) for an unexpired term of approximately 15 years at a rent of circa £53,300 per annum.
The Oxford Blue is located at 32 Marston Street under a mile from Oxford city centre in a predominantly residential area.
Stuart Stares, director in the licensed leisure team at Savills, which is marketing the building on behalf of a private client owner, said: “Despite the wider economic backdrop we continue to receive good demand for high quality pub investments, particularly for rarely available properties that are let to national pub operators.”
