Panattoni has acquired a 15-acre logistics site at Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton, for an undisclosed price.
The company intends to speculatively build a 340,000 sq ft warehouse unit on the 15-acre site.
The £75m GDV Panattoni Brackmills 340 development is located just two minutes from the M1 and provides direct access to key arterial routes serving the Midlands and wider national distribution network.
A planning application is due to be submitted in Q1 2026 with development commencing in 2028.
