Parcel SafePlace has signed deals with purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) providers Collegiate UK and Fresh Student to roll out the parcel logistics company’s technology across 82 UK buildings.
The proptech company will provide the infrastructure for the PBSA operators to manage parcel volumes and ensure secure and convenient deliveries for residents.
Parcel SafePlace uses technology to digitise the parcel delivery path from courier drop off to track, trace and collect.
Dustin Fjeld, CEO and founder of Parcel SafePlace, said: “As investment into PBSA continues to grow, it’s clear from the consumer demand, that parcel rooms are an essential amenity. We are thrilled to partner with Collegiate UK and Fresh Student to implement our proptech services and expand our presence in the PBSA sector. Being appointed across these sites, highlights a significant milestone for Parcel SafePlace as we continue to revolutionise parcel management solutions for students nationwide.”
