TfL’s wholly-owned property company Places for London has appointed Ballymore as joint venture partner for a new residential development at Limmo Peninsula in East London.
Places for London intends to work in partnership with Ballymore to transform five hectares of brownfield land within the Royal Docks and Beckton Riverside Opportunity Area into a new neighbourhood providing around 1,400 homes.
The land at the Limmo Peninsula, which is located close to Canning Town tube station, was previously used for the construction of the Elizabeth line.
