Kellen Homes and Great Places Housing Association have secured planning consent for 498 new homes on land close to the Etihad Campus in Manchester.
The proposed development, which was designed by AEW Architects, will transform the Riverpark Trading Estate site into a mixed-tenure neighbourhood comprising homes, green spaces and improved links to the surrounding area.
The development will provide 277 apartments across five buildings, ranging from four to six storeys, and 221 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. Of the new homes, 43% will be affordable and the rest will be delivered as PRS housing.

The development team includes CW Studio, e3p, Curtins, Roger Hannah, arcaero, Townsend, Enzygo and Ensphere.
