ARA Europe has submitted a planning application to develop circa 350,000 sq ft of new industrial/warehouse space on the remaining vacant plots of land at Gloucester Business Park.
ARA Europe has applied for detailed consent for plots 1-5 on the 276-acre site on behalf of Straits Real Estate Pte, a subsidiary of The Straits Trading Company. A separate application for a cafe use on plot six will be submitted in due course.
The park, which already offers 522,000 sq ft of office and industrial space, was acquired by ARA Europe on SRE’s behalf in December last year.

Alder King and CBRE are letting agents for Gloucester Business Park. CBRE is advising as planning consultant. ARA Europe has been retained by SRE as asset manager of the park and will oversee the future development of the scheme.
