Pocket Living has secured planning consent for a new housing scheme on a 0.53-hectare site in Lambeth.
The development, which will be delivered in partnership with the London Borough of Lambeth, will provide 92 homes on the currently underutilised Leigham Court Road site.
Designed by Bell Phillips, the scheme will see four new buildings of differing heights constructed on the site, which currently comprises a car park, a former synagogue and an abandoned bowling green.
Of the new homes, 15 have been designated for social rent and 31 for discount market rent. The remainder have been designed for Pocket Living’s market rent model.
