Prologis has let the 130,726 sq ft DC2 unit at Prologis Park Wellingborough West to kinetic furniture manufacturer Flexispot.
The unit has achieved an EPC A rating, is fitted with energy efficient LED lighting and is net zero in operation, in line with the UKGBC framework.
Prologis Park Wellingborough West is located half a mile from the A509 offering fast access to the A45, A14 and M1 in the East Midlands.
