Property investor JohnMichael Mouskos has secured planning consent to transform 30 Pavilion Road in Knightsbridge into a 30-room boutique hotel and spa.
Designed by PLP Architecture, the proposals for the site replace the previously consented mix of hotel and residential accommodation with a unified hotel and spa concept.
The design retains more of the existing fabric of the 18th century building and carefully reorganises the interior to improve the quality, accessibility and operation of the building’s future use as a hospitality and wellbeing destination.
