Savills has launched the sale of 14 freehold pubs located across England on behalf of a private client.
The properties, which are situated in popular locations such as London, York, Bristol and Sheffield, are being offered for sale individually or in small packages.
They are currently leased to a range of individual and corporate occupiers and have an average unexpired lease term of 11.25 years and an average rent of £57,072 per annum.
Many of the leases are subject to five yearly open market rent reviews as well as annual uncapped RPI increases.
