Construction consultancy Pulse Consult has strengthened its senior leadership team by appointing Billie Wallace-Moth as a director in its East Midlands hub.
Wallace-Moth joins Pulse from AtkinsRéalis where she spent more than a decade delivering major schemes across the private residential and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sectors.
In her new role, she will spearhead the expansion of the firm’s residential capability across the East Midlands, with a focus on winning new work in build-to-rent (BTR) apartments, PBSA and private sector homes.
