Quadrant has completed a flurry of deals at its 410,000 sq ft Star City leisure entertainment complex in Birmingham.

Adventure golf brand Jungle Rumble has taken 13,407 sq ft of space on a 15-year lease, children’s indoor soft play operator Monster Mayhem has extended its lease on the 8,947 sq ft unit it already occupies for an additional 10 years and Southern Asian fine dining buffet restaurant Zauq Buffet has renewed its lease on a 5,460 sq ft unit on a new 15-year term.

John Maddison, partner at Quadrant, said: “The long leases being signed with innovative leisure brands at Star City are testament to its reputation as one of the leading entertainment destinations in the Midlands. The unique and growing mix of attractions here continue to increase footfall, which explains why so many leading leisure operators want to be part of Star City.”
