Quintain has completed more than 110,000 sq ft of retail and leisure lettings across its Wembley Park development.
Marks & Spencer has signed for a new 14,300 sq ft food store, Lidl has renewed its 11,048 sq ft tenancy at the estate, Health First Pharmacy has secured a new 1,389 sq ft unit and Buzz Gym is opening a 21,727 sq ft flagship site on Olympic Way this autumn.
In deals that further strengthen the area’s sports and social infrastructure offer, Fives has committed to a 34,651 sq ft facility and S3 Padel has renewed its lease on Wembley Park Boulevard and is enhancing its 18,083 sq ft home with a fourth court and new all‑weather coverage across two existing courts.

The signing reflects the confidence major national brands have in the area’s long-term growth and the strength of a trading environment that combines a growing residential community with millions of visitors each year.”
