Redical has strengthened its Merry Hill team by making two senior appointments.
Alistair Winning (pictured) has joined Redical as leasing manager for Merry Hill, having spent the past four years as an asset manager with Sovereign Centros, where he was directly involved in the management and leasing of the West Midlands destination, and Fraser Jefferis has taken on the role of asset manager for Merry Hill.
Jefferis has joined the business from JLL where he served as director of property and asset management. Prior to that, he worked for Hammerson as property manager for Birmingham’s Bullring & Grand Central.
