Regal and 4C Group have submitted plans for a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) led development in Camden Town.
Designed by Morris+Company, the scheme wraps around a historic 19th century pub and will provide 187 student bedrooms, 27 affordable homes and 3,500 sq ft of flexible commercial space at 33-35 Jamestown Road and 211 Arlington Road.
The PBSA space will provide a wide range of amenities, including a woodland-inspired courtyard with dense planting and small gathering spaces.
The affordable homes will feature a mix of social rent and intermediate tenures including three maisonettes with private outdoor spaces and a shared biodiverse garden.
