Related Argent has secured planning consent for the delivery of 148 retirement living homes at Brent Cross Town.
The units will be delivered by Audley Group and Senior Living Investment Partners (SLIP) – a £200m partnership between specialist real estate investor Octopus Real Estate and Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) – and will be operated by Audley Group.
The homes will be the first in London to operate under Audley Group’s Mayfield Villages brand and the on-site amenity provision will comprise a village hall, a health and wellness centre, residents’ lounge, outdoor gardens and terraces as well as a café/ bistro that will be open to the public.
The building will sit at the heart of a new quarter, which will also feature co-living, rental homes, affordable housing, student accommodation and homes for private sale.
The £8bn Brent Cross Town development is being delivered by Related Argent and Barnet Council on a 180-acre site.
