Rendall & Rittner has been appointed to oversee the management of the i-Land development in Birmingham.
The scheme, which is located in the heart of the city’s Chinatown district, comprises 271 apartments and ground floor commercial spaces.
Rendall & Rittner will work closely with the board of directors of i-Land to create a partnership that delivers “outstanding management”.
