Re:shape has secured planning consent for a 386-home co-living development in Salford.
The 22-storey riverside scheme off Worral Street will provide a mix of professionally managed rental homes – 20% of which will be affordable – on the banks of the River Irwell, alongside new public realm and improved pedestrian access to the waterfront.
Originally submitted as a 426-home proposal, the scheme was redesigned and the density was reduced following engagement with the local council.

The scheme was designed by architecture practice Buttress with Planit responsible for landscape design and planning consultancy advice provided by Stantec.
