Land promoter Richborough has sold a 17-acre parcel of land in Royal Wootton Bassett to housebuilder Miller Homes for an undisclosed price.
The site has planned consent for up to 95 homes and Miller Homes intends to deliver a range of house types and sizes, with 40% of the homes designated as affordable.
The £30m GDV development will also provide new play areas, allotments and a variety of open spaces, alongside leisure routes designed to encourage healthy lifestyles and provide easy access to existing local transport links.
