Cole Waterhouse and Taurus Investment Holdings have appointed Ringley Group as managing agent for Erie Dock Apartments (Eda), the 291-home build-to-rent (BTR) scheme in the heart of Salford Quays.

Designed by Chapman Taylor, the 29-storey tower completed in 2023 and reached 95% occupancy in 2024.

Ringley will assume responsibility for lettings, on-site management, resident services and compliance, which will be delivered through its dedicated BTR management platform UNA Living.

Nick Jacobs, managing director of Taurus UK, said: “Our priority as investors is ongoing improved resident experience, alongside increased management and reporting efficiency. Ringley will deliver on both fronts and we’re pleased to bring them on board.”

Mary-Anne Bowring, group managing director of Ringley Group, added: “Eda is a well-run, much-loved building and our job is to keep it that way while driving performance for our clients. We’re looking forward to taking on the management with immediate effect for what will be a seamless transition for the residents.”
