BTG Eddisons has strengthened its Sheffield valuations team with the appointment of James Parkin as senior surveyor.
Parkin joins BTG Eddisons from the valuation and advisory division at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked across a wide range of industrial, logistics, retail and office assets.
Michael Goodare, director at BTG Eddisons in Sheffield, said: “James’ appointment is part of the wider expansion of our South Yorkshire operation and we are delighted to welcome another talented surveyor to the team.
