RO Land has sold a residential development site in Old Stratford, West Northamptonshire, to Stonewater Housing Association for an undisclosed price.
The site has planning permission for 32 affordable homes, comprising 16 shared ownership and 16 affordable rent properties.
RO Land – supported by David Lock Associates on planning and DT Architects on design – promoted the scheme through the entry level exception site route.
