Robert Evans is set to leave Argent at the end of this year, after 23 years at the company.
Evans, who is a partner of Argent and Related Argent, has been instrumental in the development and regeneration of the King’s Cross Estate. With construction due to start next year on the 50th, and final building, at the estate, Evans said he felt now was the right time to pursue new challenges.
Evans became CEO of the King’s Cross Estate in 2018 and from 2020 until May this year he was joint managing partner of Argent alongside Nick Searl.
On 1 May 2024, the Argent business will transfer all projects and employees to Related Argent and the five current partners of the business will become executive directors. Tom Goodall, managing director of Related Argent will lead the overall company from 1 May next year.
David Partridge, who was previously managing partner of the Argent business, will remain as chairman of Related Argent and take over Robert’s leadership responsibilities at King’s Cross.

I have worked with some brilliant people in my 23 years – undoubtedly some of the best in the industry. King’s Cross has been its own, incredible journey and together we have created something truly special.
