Resolution Property has let the 6,360 sq ft first floor of the Grade I listed Royal Exchange in the City of London to software company Asana.
Resolution recently completed the CAT B refurbishment of the floor, which Asana has taken on a five-year lease. The building, which overlooks the Bank of England, is now fully let.
A private landlord purchased the 68,000 sq ft building in 2018 and Resolution Property has managed the landmark asset since.
Stuart Lang, head of asset management at Resolution Property, said: “At Royal Exchange we have continuously ensured that the office space addresses the evolving needs of occupiers. This latest letting takes the office area of the building to 100% occupied, testifying to the continued appeal of this iconic and well-located London landmark to office occupiers.”
Resolution Property was advised by BH2 and Metrus. Asana was advised by JLL.
