Sandyford Properties has completed three lettings totalling 14,308 sq ft at two multi-let industrial estates in Cheshire.
Paragon Traffic Management has taken units 23 and 24, totalling 6,408 sq ft, at Astmoor Industrial Estate in Runcorn on a five-year lease, at a rent of £6.50/sq ft. Also at Astmoor Industrial Estate, Sterling Inks UK has taken a 3,089 sq ft unit on a five-year lease.
And bespoke carpentry company The Cheshire joiners has signed a five-year lease on 4,811 sq ft of space across units six and seven at Brymau Four Industrial Estate in Saltney.

The leases were secured by Sandyford’s internal asset management team and BA Commercial.
