Savills has appointed James Hiatt from CBRE as a director in the company’s Central London investment team.
Hiatt, who has more than 17 years’ experience of Central London real estate investment, was a senior director at CBRE in the Central London capital markets team for seven years, and prior to that he held positions at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Avison Young.
He will join Savills in 2025 following a period of gardening leave and will be based in the company’s Finsbury Circus office in London.
