Schroders Capital has promoted Peter Lowe to the role of head of UK real estate investment.
Lowe’s promotion follows the formation of a new leadership team within the firm’s real estate business, including the promotion of Nick Montgomery to global head of real estate.
In his new role, Lowe will work closely with Nick and Rebecca Gates, head of UK real estate asset management. He will retain his existing fund management responsibilities.
