Video game company SEGA has signed for a new 21,000 sq ft UK HQ at Chiswick Park in West London.

The creator of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise has signed a 10-year lease on the third floor of Building 12 and will relocate to the park from its current headquarters in Brentford.

Chiswick Park is managed by Revantage Real Estate – the asset management platform established by Blackstone.

Calum Spence, principal at Revantage Real Estate, said: “The demand for workspace we are continuing to see at Chiswick Park illustrates the very clear trend of a flight to quality among the occupier community and the insistence for highly sustainable, accessible workspace which places the well-being and performance of staff at its heart.”

Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield are the joint letting agents at Chiswick Park. Savills advised SEGA.
