Fabrication and welding solutions specialist SFE Group has signed for a 17,862 sq ft unit at Ferne Park in Fareham.
The company has taken Unit 1 at the new industrial scheme, which was developed by Kingsbridge.
The deal follows the recent letting of 54,239 sq ft to heat exchange manufacturing specialists Kelvion, which will establish its new research and development and testing facility at the site.
Following completion of these lettings, only the 35,453 sq ft Unit 2 remains available to let at the scheme.
