Shaftesbury Capital has let a circa 4,000 sq ft restaurant space to Italian dining concept Burro in Covent Garden’s Floral Court.
Conor Gadd, chef and co-owner of Trullo, is due to open the new restaurant in early 2026.
Designed by Lisa Helmanis of DAY STUDIO, the restaurant will offer al fresco seating in the courtyard and a striking interior featuring warm woods and carefully selected artwork.
Emma Matus, head of restaurant leasing at Shaftesbury Capital, said: “Floral Court has a unique location in the heart of Covent Garden, especially with its exceptional al fresco dining offer. Our vision has always been to collaborate with partners who share our commitment to quality, creativity and a sense of place. Burro is a strong concept with an established name behind it, bringing a compelling new energy and culinary perspective to the courtyard.”
