St William has secured full planning permission for the regeneration of the 23-acre Bromley-by-Bow Gasworks site.
Designed by RSHP in collaboration with Gillespies, the development will provide more than 2,150 new homes across 13 separate residential buildings, several of which will sit within the existing gasholder frames, 30,000 sq ft of new commercial space and a 4.2-acre park.
The Berkeley Group company has worked closely with the London Borough of Newham and Historic England to unlock this complex site, which will see the seven listed gasholders restored.
