A commercial development site in Stirling has been put up for sale by Plean Precast.
The 5.93-acre site is situated in Springkerse Industrial Estate and benefits from multiple access points from Whitehouse Road to the east and Springkerse Road to the north.
Identified in Stirling’s current local development plan as part of an employment safeguarding area, the land is considered suitable for business, industrial and storage or distribution uses. Subject to planning approval, there may also be potential for a wider range of commercial uses.
Bryce Stewart, senior director at CBRE, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said: “Opportunities for strategic development sites in central Scotland are increasingly limited. This site offers a rare chance for owner-occupiers in a prime location within Stirling’s principal industrial estate. Its scale and excellent connectivity make it highly attractive to businesses and developers seeking a foothold in one of the region’s key commercial hubs. Initial discussions with Stirling Council planning department confirm that the council view the site as a key development opportunity within Stirling.”
