Stonebond and Great Places Housing Group have been given the green light by Salford City Council to deliver 71 new affordable homes in Little Hulton.
The homes will be available under shared ownership and affordable rent tenures and will be built to M4(2) accessibility standards, making them accessible to a range of occupants. Two homes will be delivered to further enhanced M4(3) wheelchair user accessibility standards.

By working in partnership, we are making a significant contribution to the region’s affordable housing supply and providing local residents with access to different housing options that best suit their needs, whilst also boosting local economies and improving local infrastructure.”
