Techspace has partnered with Capreon to deliver 80,000 sq ft of flexible workspace at 132 Goswell Road in Clerkenwell.
The former gin distillery has undergone a £35m redevelopment securing a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating.
The building will provide space for 900 desks and more than 1,000 people when it opens in October this year. On-site amenities include a rooftop bar and café, terraces with skyline views, a workout space, double-height event venue and a podcast studio.
Techspace has also announced that Leo Noé, executive chairman and founder of The Noé Group, will join its board as it gears up for growth in London and Berlin and expands into Munich.
