The Hill Group has acquired a 20-acre site for a residential development located north of Kennel Lane in Billericay, Essex, for an undisclosed price.
The site, which was purchased from a private owner, has outline planning permission for up to 200 homes. Hill will now embark upon an engagement programme with residents and the local authority to design a community-focused development tailored to meet local needs. More than a third of the homes built on the site will be allocated for affordable housing.
