The Hill Group has received planning consent for the delivery of 106 sustainable new homes in Southville, Bristol.
The housebuilder will build the £60m development on a 3.5-acre site on Raleigh Road that previously housed the Wills Tobacco Factory.
The development will offer a mix of high-quality housing, including three-, four- and five-bedroom family houses, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom maisonettes. Some 30% of the homes will be offered as affordable housing through Sovereign Network Group.
