Vistry has agreed a deal to acquire a brownfield site on Great Western Close in Winson Green, Birmingham, on which it intends to build new affordable homes.
Subject to planning, Vistry intends to regenerate the circa seven-acre former railway and industrial site into a affordable housing development featuring 72 homes. Vistry expects to submit a detailed planning application later this year.
