The Hill Group has secured a hat trick of planning permissions for residential developments across the South East.
The schemes in Essex, Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire will deliver 268 new homes in total, 113 of which will be affordable.
In Takeley, Essex, Hill has secured planning approval for a 108-home development on a 16-acre site on Parsonage Road. The scheme will provide a mix of two-to-five-bedroom homes for private sale, alongside a range of affordable properties including apartments and houses for affordable rent and shared ownership.
In Kidlington, Oxfordshire, Hill has secured planning permission for a 96-home development forming part of a wider strategic allocation that will deliver 430 homes in total. Half of the homes within the scheme will be affordable, including a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-to-four-bedroom houses. The affordable provision will be delivered in partnership with SNG and will include homes for shared ownership, social rent and affordable rent.
In Welham Green, Hertfordshire, Hill has secured planning permission for a 64-home development on a 2.7-hectare site, including 22 affordable homes. The development will comprise a collection of two-to-four-bedroom homes arranged in a village-style layout.
