The £1.2bn mixed-use The Whiteley scheme in London has attracted four more tenants.
Chinese contemporary art gallery 3812 Gallery has taken a 2,800 sq ft unit; Melrose and Morgan is opening a premium neighbourhood delicatessen in a 3,500 sq ft unit; high-end Turkish restaurant brand Cleo is making its London debut in a 1,600 sq ft unit; and boutique café Yuum has signed for a 1,000 sq ft unit.
Following completion of the lettings, the retail, F&B and leisure space at the scheme is now 80% pre-let.
