Third Space has agreed a deal to open a new 30,000 sq ft luxury health and fitness club at the Elephant scheme on the site of the former House of Fraser department store on Oxford Street in London.
Landlord Publica Properties is currently transforming the Art Deco building into a 250,000 sq ft mixed-use destination providing 159,000 sq ft of best-in-class office space, 42,400 sq ft of retail space and a 12,400 sq ft rooftop restaurant offering 360 degree views of the capital.
Third Space’s state-of-the art training and wellness facility will include an expansive gym floor, tranquil wet spa and dedicated studios hosting more than 200 classes per week.
