Threadneedle Portfolio Services has sold the 99,049 sq ft Unit 8 at West Quay Court on Hylton Riverside Business Park in Sunderland for an undisclosed price.
The freehold property is a modern large industrial building with substantial offices and staff facilities as well as extensive secure yard areas.
Danny Cramman, director at Avison Young, which acted jointly on the sale of the unit to a private buyer with Naylors Gavin Black, said: “This was a great instruction to be involved with, the sale will see the property brought back into use as a manufacturing facility creating high quality employment opportunities in the area”
