Boutique retail property consultancy Time Retail Partners (Time) has bolstered its retail agency team with two new hires.
Ollie O’Reilly has joined the business from Colliers, where he was an associate director, and Octavia Wyatt has joined Time from GCW as a graduate surveyor. In her new role, Wyatt will work with Time’s tenant representation, investment and international teams.
David O’Shea, director at Time Retail Partners, said: “We are seeing healthy occupier demand across our centres, and these outstanding recruits add something new to our team. Ollie and Octavia extend our capabilities even further, enabling us to continue to provide strategic support and agility to our clients as the market gathers momentum.”
O’Reilly added: “Time is right in the middle of retail’s rebound, working with some of the best-known landlords and asset managers in the UK. The pace of change, however, means agencies need to be both dynamic and considered, and Time excels at both, which is what makes the business so appealing.”
Wyatt said: “This is an exciting time in the market. Clients are increasingly seeking different perspectives, which is also something Time is known for, so to be adding to the team’s expertise and reach is a great next step in my career.”
