Real estate investment and management company True North Management has opened its debut co-living scheme Holm Wimbledon Park, in Southfields, London.
The property, which once housed young women seeking education and employment in London, provides 86 studios and on-site amenities including communal spaces, chef’s kitchens, a private dining room and co-working spaces.
Jill Ju, CEO and founder of True North Management, said: “Holm Wimbledon Park is the beginning of our mission to create attainable, sustainable, and quality rental homes. United by a shared passion for creating mindful living spaces, we have assembled a team with extensive experience in the living sector and a proven track record.
“We have seen significant demand for high-quality, well-managed rental assets that are built for middle-income Londoners, and we are currently working on additional sites that could create further flexible living homes.”
True North has a delivery pipeline of 1,500 units in London over the next three years.
