TT Group has secured planning consent to build a mixed-use living development providing 475 units on a former data centre site in Glasgow.

The project will see purpose-built student accommodation, co-living space, privately owned residences and build-to-rent units delivered on the site of the now demolished data centre at 145 Elliot Street, Lancefield Quay, on the River Clyde waterfront.

The scheme will also provide flexible commercial units along with landscaped areas and parking facilities for residents.

Sam Rosenkranz, associate director, planning and disposals at TT Group, said: “We are delighted to have achieved planning permission for the development project at Lancefield Quay, Elliot Street; a significant milestone in our journey. Through the delivery of quality accommodation and carefully thought out public realm spaces, we are confident that the proposals will further enhance this area of Glasgow, which is currently undergoing significant transformative change.”
